Our services include residential real estate sales and residential property management. We appreciate your interest in joining our team as our Project Manager for our property management division. This exciting new role will be responsible for driving the construction and maintenance of a 430+ unit portfolio comprised of single family, multi-family and apartments throughout Northeast Ohio.

What You’ll Be Excited to Work On:

• Oversee and manage maintenance activities relating to managing a 430+ unit real estate portfolio of single and multi-family homes and small to midsize apartments throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Oversee turning of units and ensure they are completed on budget and in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintenance coordination between tenants and vendors
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to service requests, complaints and questions in a timely manner and take appropriate action to resolve and address service issues within established procedures
• Coordinate and complete required Lead certifications
• Manage and coordinate landscaping, grounds mowing and snow removal services and continuously review bids for multi-family properties
• Continuously find and build relationships with vendors
• Assist in managing the owner relationship by communicating to owners effectively with consistent updates.
